Some quick tips for Banana Peanut Butter smoothie -

  • You can use frozen banana if you want your smoothie to be super creamy.



  • Use skim milk if you're planning to loose weight.







Ingredients -

  • 1 Banana (chunks)
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • ½tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½cup milk
  • Some ice cubes



Directions to follow -

  • Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend it well.
  • Pour the Smoothie in a glass and sprinkle some Cinnamon powder on top before serving.
